TRAUTOM
The TRAUTOM project – Competences for the 21st Century is focused on supporting corporate education in the context of green and digital transformation in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Companies can receive a range of advisory and support services and, above all, a significant amount of money for the education of their employees. For this purpose, a special call has been launched for the education of employees of companies in our region. The project offers:
- Consultations in the preparation of transformation plans and educational needs plans
- Professional courses certified abroad
- Education corresponding to the current needs of companies
- Career and professional advice for citizens
- Data on the impacts of the Green Deal

Vocational education and training
We help secondary schools and companies deepen and improve mutual cooperation. Together with us, the company participates in defining the content and scope of the vocational training of the cooperating school as well as its actual implementation at their own workplace. The school thus maintains contact with current developments in the field.
We connect companies with secondary schools, we look for new opportunities for joint partnership, we help implement practical training in the company across all fields (both apprenticeship and high school graduation fields focused on technology, crafts, agriculture and services).
Our goal is a well-educated student in the field with knowledge of real work habits = a graduate directly applicable on the current labor market.

Excursions
We organize excursions for primary and secondary school students. Together we will prepare an offer of cooperation with schools, we will select schools suitable for cooperation with your organization. We will design the form and course of the excursion and ensure all coordination with the schools. Your company will gain new information and you will participate in the preparation of human resources in the region. We will take care of all social media promotion.
